Natalie El-Deiry

Natalie El-Deiry joined the International Rescue Committee in Salt Lake City in 2010 and currently serves as Executive Director. She brings with her over 16 years of nonprofit administration experience and developing programs to support the full economic, social, and civic integration of New Americans. In her current role, Natalie oversees a diverse staff of 75 employees who serve over 2,000 refugees and immigrants annually. Natalie is the co-founder of Spice Kitchen Incubator, a food entrepreneurship program for new Americans, and New Roots in Salt Lake City, a refugee agriculture and gardening program. Natalie received a B.A. in Anthropology with a focus in Latin American studies from Colorado State University, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Utah. Natalie was recognized as one of Utah’s Top 30 Women to Watch by Utah Business Magazine in 2017 and awarded Salt Lake City Mayor Jackie Biskupski’s Dee Dee Corradini Women’s Leadership Award for Creating Opportunity in 2018.
