Today, Charese Jamison is a  Diversity Equity and Inclusion Consultant at CHG Healthcare where she created and implemented programming for the enterprise. Her mandate is to ensure CHG employees can show up as their true authentic selves and have the right to be successful.

Charese started her life with humble beginnings, and has fought her way through childhood trauma, homelessness, teen pregnancy, and delayed education to live the blessed life she leads today.

Charese has been advocating for our nation’s most vulnerable populations of young women in the US foster care system with a focus on expecting and parenting teens for over a decade. She developed support programs for young women aging out of the foster care system and serves as a mentor to young women navigating life with limited social capital. She  holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Sales and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of National Crittenton, an intergenerational national advocacy organization, and on the Board of Directors of Utah Nonprofits Association.  Charese values people above any other resource on the planet. Her life’s purpose statement is “To serve God and others by encouraging and investing in the lives around me.”
