Position Summary: Summary: You can make a difference in people’s lives and our community! Odyssey House, a 501(c)3 non-profit, is recognized as the best mental health and addiction treatment center in Utah. We have open Contract Mental Health Therapist positions available, working at least 20 hours per week (for an indefinite period of time) with either an adult in a residential or outpatient setting as well as those struggling with severe mental illness through our Forensic Assertive Community Treatment Team. We will reimburse for non-billable hours (documentation & no-shows)
If you stay for at least six months, you will be eligible for an additional $1000 bonus
Primary Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: You will assess and diagnose clients, developing a treatment plan addressing their unique needs. You will establish a rapport with clients by facilitating individual sessions and completing necessary documentation (including writing utilization reviews). Average caseloads are 12-15 clients! Odyssey operates with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support your clinical work.
