Position Summary: Summary:

OWCAP is seeking an approachable, self-motivated individual to work with families in their home to improve literacy in the home. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. This position will require flexibility and attention to detail. The Family Literacy Facilitator is helpful and takes the time to prepare, support and offer service. Organization and collaboration will be essential.
Primary Responsibilities: What you will do as our Family Literacy Facilitator:

Conduct home visits and implement assigned literacy and parenting lessons
Engage and teach parent and child in literacy and learning activities
Coordinate and work with Weber State University and Family Literacy Team
Desired Qualifications: What you need to be our Family Literacy Facilitator:

Associates Degree in Child Development/Family Studies, or related field
Fluent in Spanish and English
Skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook and other software packages
