Position Summary: The Office Coordinator is essential in the Operations and IT Department of Neighborhood House. The ideal candidate will coordinate and maintain assigned processing systems and procedures, ensuring efficiency and user satisfaction. They will also oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office.
Primary Responsibilities: • Identifies performance problems with assigned equipment, coordinates and schedules repairs, and recommends alternate hardware options
• Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
• Develops, compiles, maintains, and analyzes production statistics
• Develops and monitors schedules and procedures for hardware maintenance
• Plans and organizes testing procedures and processes for new and modified applications and software systems
• Maintains the inventory of operation supplies; orders new supplies as needed
Maintains office
Desired Qualifications: • High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Knowledge of computers, networking, and electronics
• Ability to identify the cause of processing problems and delays and to establish corrective actions
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Pass a BCI (Background Screening) and drug test
