Primary Responsibilities: JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for administrating and tracking training compliance including but not limited to, new employee orientation, new supervisory training, and agency training in the learning management system (LMS). The Talent Management Specialist will assist in all recruiting efforts by developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies.

DUTIES

Assign, create, and conduct training
Maintain LMS system
Coordinate, track, and report training required by the agency
Support Recruiter with recruiting efforts to meet agency goals
Schedule, track, and attend community recruiting events
Schedule and present new employee orientation
Working knowledge of agency policies and procedures and Head Start Performance Standard requirements
Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested
Possess strong Microsoft Office Suite competency
Desired Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

Experience with LMS
High School Diploma
Recruiting and onboarding experience
Training and presentation experience

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience with Litmos
Bilingual English/Spanish
Head Start experience
