What is the Association TRENDS™ Nonprofit Compensation Report?

The Nonprofit Compensation Report provides detailed information about job descriptions, salaries, and benefits specifically for nonprofits in the state of Utah. We partner with Association TRENDS and conduct this survey biennially so that you have access to the most current salary standards and job descriptions in Utah’s nonprofit sector.

The Compensation Survey Report is more than a reference, it is a working tool structured to help you:

  • Comply with IRS 990 compensation setting requirements
  • Determine the most competitive salary levels
  • Understand how your organization’s pay levels compare with others in Utah
  • Provide hard data to support your strategic plan
  • Initiate capacity building conversations with funders

What does the full report include?

  • Specific market salary information for over 100 positions including median salaries, average salaries, and more for Utah
  • Compensation analysis by title, nonprofit type, budget and staff size

The 2020 Report is in the final stages of development and will be available by the end of May 2020, however the 2018 is still available for purchase. If your organization is a member of UNA and participated in the 2018 survey, you are eligible to receive a FREE copy of the Utah report.
