Year-Round Nonprofit Advocacy
UNA strongly encourages all nonprofits to be aware and active regarding public policy and it's affect on their operations throughout the year; we provide many resources regarding year-round nonprofit advocacy. During the Utah Legislative session (January 23 to March 9, 2017) UNA regularly monitors bills and activity that affect our nonprofit community. You can see a list of bills we are currently monitoring on our Track Legislation page. We also gather our community for Nonprofit Day on the Hill.
To help you connect with your elected officals during and outside of legislative sessions, we've gathered together some tips and suggestions for connecting with your congressional and state representatives from our representatives directly to help you make your communications as effective as possible.
