Board Governance

  • In 2001, UNA established a Standard of Ethics Program for member organizations. The intent of this policy is to educate the nonprofit sector in Utah, to raise the quality of ethical management in Utah nonprofits, and to lift up the nonprofits in our community that demonstrate genuine integrity. Adherence to these ethical standards provide enhanced protection for our members, mitigate the need for outside watchdogs and reveal to donors those organizations that most merit their trust and confidence. We also provide the members-only Standards of Ethics Resource Guide to help you establish operations in your organization that meet these standards.
  • The Utah Nonprofits Association is proud to offer a new tool for nonprofit organizations to announce Board of Director and Board Committee vacancies. Check it out here.
