Primary Responsibilities: This position offers the right candidate a flexible work schedule in an environment of collaboration with other facilities managers over multiple locations. We are seeking a person with a passion for repairs and maintenance, yard maintenance, painting and generally making our facility a pleasant place to live for our clients. Experience in repairs, plumbing, HVAC, yard and building maintenance, construction, and electrical work preferred. Position requires lifting and the ability to maneuver on ladders and in confined spaces.
