Job Description: The Women’s Homeless Resource Center will provide emergency shelter and case management services to single women experiencing homelessness in Salt Lake County. The center will recognize and meet the distinctive needs of those at risk and homeless populations including: single women; domestic violence victims; individuals with behavioral health disorders; individuals who are medically frail/terminally ill [and/or] those exiting prison or jail. All activities will be undertaken with the ultimate goal of assisting all clients in obtaining housing.
The Data and Outcomes Specialist will lead the Women’s Resource Center data and outcomes initiatives and provide support of the Resource Center mission by ensuring quality data collection, management, analysis are done effectively and efficiently.
1. Collect and analyze data, and present internal and external reports on a timely basis.
2. Review reporting requirements of all resource center funding sources to insure that adequate data is being collected to fulfill reporting requirements. Work with resource center to update and develop forms and processes as needed.
3. Creat reports showing outcomes and deliverables that can be distributed internally, to external stake holders and to the general public.
4. Navigate the HMIS and UWITS database systems efficiently and ensure timely and accurate input of data in these and other databases. 
5. Develop and maintain organized electronic and paper filling systems
6. Oversee quality and data integrity processes
7. Attend work on a punctual, regular and predictable basis

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) required. Experience in Data, collection, analysis and reporting. Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
1. Preference will be given to individuals with a working knowledge of Utah’s Homelessness Management Information System, Client Track.
2. Excellent database and spreadsheet skills. Ability to utilize computer software effectively and efficiently to perform all tasks.
3. Ability to prepare, analyze, interpret, and report on agency data. Knowledge of how programs work.
4. Exceptional inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office, advanced skills in Excel, Access.
6. Results-oriented, team player, collaborative and self-motivated.
7. Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
8. Ability to interact in a professional manner with a diverse workforce and outside agencies.
9. Use computer screen for extended periods.
10. Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
