Position Summary: The Children’s Center Utah, a nonprofit provider of mental health services for young children, is seeking a Teleconsultation Coordinator to help support a state-wide teleconsultation and webinar training program.
Primary Responsibilities: -Serve as the intake coordinator for teleconsultation requests – coordinate with clinical leadership to assign requests to specific clinicians, coordinate the schedules, etc.
-Track and aggregate data for teleconsultations completed
-Set up webinars in Zoom, provide tech support during webinar, compile and aggregate data on webinar attendance
-Work with the Teleconsultation Director to identify training needs and then coordinate with clinical team for content development
-Potential to offer trainings, depending on knowledge and experience
Desired Qualifications: -Highly organized
-Strong Excel skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player
-Experience/knowledge in infant and early childhood mental health preferred

$20-22/hour DOE
