Position Summary: As the MAINTENANCE TECH, you will be supporting our mission by providing high quality customer service while keeping the properties owned and/or operated by Housing Connect safe and well maintained.
Primary Responsibilities: About the Job

Work with Supervisor and Property Managers to prepare, paint and turn units as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Maintain, repair and upgrade units and properties, including but not limited to:
Doors / Locks
Electrical / Lighting
Floor Repair
Mechanical (Furnaces / HVAC)
Painting – interior and exterior
Pest Control
Plumbing
Structural / Roofing / Windows
Snow removal
Assist with grounds care, fence repair, etc.
Provide scheduled on-call coverage, as assigned.
Desired Qualifications: About You

High School graduate or equivalent.
At least 1 year on the job related experience.
Detail oriented, ‘jack of all trades’, mechanically inclined
Knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken is required.
Valid Driver’s License, or the ability to obtain one
Obtain Pesticide Applicator License within 30 days of employment
