Job Summary: Utah Community Action of Salt Lake City, UT is seeking to hire a Part Time Food (Pantry) & Resource Center Specialist to work at the Redwood Food Pantry.

We are looking for someone who is positive and flexible, with great attendance, and high-quality customer service. High School diploma required and 2 years of related experience and volunteered for the food pantry for 1 year preferred. This Food Pantry Specialist position earns a competitive wage of $11.58-$15.19/hour based on experience and credentials. This position is responsible to prepare and disseminate emergency food boxes for low income households and provide resource referral services. There will be a special focus on utilizing the dissemination of food as a tool to educate and increase capacity of the household to move toward self-sufficiency. Staff will also be responsible for assisting volunteers and community service workers
