Job Summary: Utah Community Action is excited to hire for a Nutrition Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is positive and flexible with great attendance, and high-quality customer service. Someone who is responsive to staff needs and feedback. This person will thrive under a fast-past environment who has a passion for serving low-income families and individuals.

Bachelor's Degree, experience in food distribution or grocery store management, and experience in databases, MS Office, & shared spreadsheets required. Experience in supervision and working with low-income populations preferred.

Typical schedule 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Position will be located at the Food and Resource Centers (Copperview & Redwood Centers).

Responsible to prepare and disseminate emergency food boxes for low income households and provide resource referral services. There will be a special focus on utilizing the dissemination of food as a tool to educate and increase capacity of the household to move toward self-sufficiency. Staff will also be responsible for supervising volunteers and community service workers
