Job Description: Floor Manager Job Description
The Floor Managers are expected to be on site to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents to watch over the building for any issues or occurrences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to case managers and Program Director.
Assist clients in following through with behavior plans set in place by case managers.
Respond to safety issues.
Notify senior staff in the event of any incident or emergency.
Assist with serving meals and keeping rooms clean.
Reporting observations of the patient to the CNA or Nurse Supervisor.
Provide client transportation as needed.
Learn and follow the State Department of Health Assisted Living Rules pertaining to this job.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED
Current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain one).
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and build rapport with people.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
State Background Check will be performed.

TB Test and Health Evaluation will be required.
