Job Description: Summary:
This position will be assisting in The Leonardo kitchen for events. This position will act as the Dishwasher and Prep Cook as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Washing dishes and cleaning the back of the house.
• Be able to perform a variety of small duties such as prepping foods, organizing, and removal of trash.
• Follow prep lists and additional responsibilities provided by the Chef or Sous Chef.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and dish area.
• Could be cross-trained to work in other “on call” catering positions if desired.
• May work some shifts during which alcohol will be consumed by guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
• Dependable and punctual and good time management.
• Self-motivated to stay on task and produce high quality work.
• Has an attention to detail and is organized.
• Team player and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Training and Experience Requirements:
• Current Food Handlers Permit REQUIRED.
• Dishwasher experience required.
• Some hospitality or catering experience preferred.

This is an on call (as needed for events)
