Job Description: Part-Time Receptionist Position available January 2018
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients creating a positive experience from start to finish. Assists with the front desk and education activities including answering phones, interacting with and calling clients, gathering data, creating reports, and performing other tasks as needed. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Part-time position, about 25 hours a week, likely with some or all of the following hours:
• Monday, Thursday, (Occasionally)
• Tuesday, Wednesday 2pm-9pm
• Friday 9am-1pm
• Saturday 10am-2pm
Education
• Associates in administration or related field (preferred).

Experience
• 1-2 year previous experience in office environment
Skills
• Bilingual, Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Strong people skills
• Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to multitask
• Time Management
• Patience, a good attitude, and a good sense of humor
Duties
• Greet clients
• Answer phones
• Making appointment reminder phone calls
• Other clerical duties (making copies, etc.)
• Schedule appointments for Advisors
• Take class enrollment and payments
• Input student information into database

We give business management classes, one-on-one business advising, and offer microloans. Our services are given in Spanish and English with a current focus on the Latino Community.
