Salary: $19.97-$24.00/Hour (Negotiable)
Job Description: Full-Time Position.

High School graduate or equivalent. Four years full-time work related experience, including property management, low-income tax credits, rent collections, leasing of units, execution of lease, knowledge of public housing programs and the ability to work with low-income individuals. Three years supervisory experience. Certification in low-income tax credit compliance preferred. Valid Driver's License.

The Property Manager provides quality management of permanent supportive housing apartments for formerly chronically homeless individuals and other special needs populations. This includes LIHTC compliance, coordination with supportive services staff, adherence to Housing First principles, supervision of maintenance, efficient budget management, applicant screening, efficient vacancy preparation, maintaining high occupancy rates, rent collections, evictions, vendors and community partner relations. Provides excellent customer service to tenants, co-workers, vendors and community partners.
