Location: 1020 South Main Street, SLC, UT 84101

Schedule: Full-time - Daytime hours with a possibility of some evenings required.

Pay: Commensurate with experience and licensure

Responsibilities
• Direct clinical services including interviews, evaluates and assesses clients to create treatment plans and provide quality care
• Provides psychotherapy to clients including individual, group, couple and/or family therapy
• Treatment planning
• Care coordination
• Documentation
• Crisis intervention
• Effective interviewing skills and evaluation techniques
• Knowledge of different evidenced based practice of psychotherapy, including crisis intervention skills; general personality development theories; typical community agencies, organizations and programs
• General knowledge of psychiatric and psycho-pharmaceutical treatment of mental disorders
• Public relation skills
• Principles and techniques of behavior assessment and modification
• Knowledge of general psychological principles and concepts
• Plan, facilitate and document skills development therapies
• Accepted standards of social work ethics and clinical practice
• Ability to act independently, respond professionally and calmly in crisis or other situations, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and apply general principles to specific conditions

Qualifications
• Masters degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited University/College
• CSW, ACMHC, CMHC,LCSW license current in the state of Utah
• Two years post licensure needed in order to supervise MSW-Interns and CSW's working to obtain clinical hours.
• Mature, dedicated work ethic
• Computer competency including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Successful candidates will demonstrate experience with Substance Use Disorders
• Experience with Domestic Violence Offender Treatment strongly preferred
• Experience in communicating with courts/probation a plus!
