Job Description: Full-Time position.
High School graduate or equivalent a requirement. Successful completion of an approved two year Building Maintenance Course resulting in a passing grade, or equivalent, with no less than two years paid on the job experience. Valid Driver's License.

Maintenance Technician II provides high quality customer service and excellent technical work so that tenants are assured safe, quality and decent living conditions by working with the Property Manager and other Housing Authority staff and by working with other vendors and community partners to coordinate essential agency functions.
