Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing the client relationship management (CRM) database including data entry, data reporting, overseeing implementation and maintenance of the system. This position should analyze data to identify inaccuracies and technical problems and deliver solutions. The position provides operational and administrative support to all users of the CRM database.

The Database Administrator will provide administrative support on a part-time basis to the Foundation and will work in cooperation with other administrative professionals as needed, to update the organization’s database with its clients.
Primary Responsibilities: -Point of contact for all database issues and questions
-Ensure that database is up to date, accurate and complete
-Produce reports and export lists as needed for mailing, reports, grant writing, etc.
-Assist with overall database training, management and network upkeep.
-Assist with preparing reports, letters and other documents
-Manage individual projects as assigned
Desired Qualifications: -Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Acts in a self-directed manner with little or no supervision
-Computer proficiency that includes Microsoft Office Word & MS Excel
-Displays strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and assignments
-Database experience is a plus (FileMaker Pro would be super)
