Job Summary: Tracks documentation on government grants and prepares reports. Assists in business office activities such as data entry, records control, and other administrative activities for Guadalupe School. Exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems.
Primary Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Grant documentation and billing
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking data required by government grants
• Gather timesheets and prepare billing packet to State government

2. General Accounting Support
• Enter journal entries, Accounts Payable and related activities
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Scan and file electronic documents
• Assist in preparation of budgets
• Perform annual inventory of fixed assets including technology assets

3. General Office Support
• Weighing and posting outgoing mail, maintaining
• Maintaining organized paper files
• Assist in preparation of management meetings
Desired Qualifications: • Associates degree or equivalent
• Three years of related experience or relevant coursework
• Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel
• Basic bookkeeping skills preferred
• Able to work independently
• Organized and detail oriented
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
