Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 p/hour DOE

We are currently seeking to hire a Human Resource Recruiter. The HR recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and state recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees.
• Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
• Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
• Conduct initial interviews.
• Assist in performing background screens on candidates.
