Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: Relieves Head Start Director and other Executive Team members of administrative functions in order to increase the time available for executive level responsibilities.


Associates degree preferred; Five years prior administrative experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
Manages correspondence on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team Members.
Screens incoming correspondence, calls, email and responds independently as appropriate.
Represents the Chief Executive Officer and the program to the general public in a professional manner.
Greets scheduled visitors and directs to appropriate area or person.
Complete the Program Information Summary to ensure compliance of the program.
Manages all records for the Board of Trustees.
Disseminates information and materials for the Board of Trustees.
Supervises other Administrative Assistants
Manages Executive calendars and schedules appointments.
Organizes correspondence, with all backup documents/files needed, to be answered by Director.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence including e-mail and faxes.
Organizes and maintains hard copy and e-file systems.
Coordinates and arranges meetings and conference calls.
Wage: $23.99-$30.00
