Job Description: The ESLC is a community-based non-profit organization committed to bringing the promise of integration, security, and empowerment to adult immigrants and refugees in Salt Lake City, Utah. We provide free English as a second language classes in community locations throughout Salt Lake County.
The Office Administrator will coordinate with the Executive Director to ensure the ESLC office is meeting our mission.
 Answer incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate staff members;
 Greet guests who enter the ESLC office;
 Manage ESLC keys, inventory, and office supplies;
 Identify any office repairs or maintenance and contact appropriate agency for repairs/maintenance;
 Handle incoming mail;
 Attend and participate in discussions during semi-weekly staff meeting while taking staff meeting minutes;
 Coordinate office gatherings, celebrations, and staff recognition;
 Maintain the recycling program;
 Complete special projects as needed;
 Communicate any needs or concerns to your assigned supervisor.

Must be able to:
 Sit for long periods of time
 Stand for short periods of time
 Possess reliable transportation for company business as needed
 Lift 25 pounds unassisted
As the in-house initial contact, whether in person or on the phone, the Office Administrator must be:

 Knowledgeable about the agency
Hours/Compensation: 20 hours per week, salary range is $12-15/hr. Applicants available to attend the Basic English Skills Test (BEST) Training
