Job Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and over site in the efficient day-to-day operations of an apartment community. This position requires ultimate customer service abilities.

Minimum Qualifications Include:
The equivalent of a high school education and two years’ work experience in residential property management, housing programs or a related field. Two years of education beyond the high school equivalent may be substituted for one year of experience. Valid driver’s license required.

Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations concerning, Fair Housing and ADA.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports, leases, and policy and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information verbally and respond to questions from the general public.
Ability to perform basic calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Proficient in the use of current word and data processing software including but not necessarily limited to Microsoft Office. Ability to use database applications, including web-based applications.

Desired Qualifications Include:
Experience working with low income, elderly, disabled and/or homeless individuals, or managing IRS Section 42 residential properties and/or HUD programs. Experience with Yardi software.
