Pay Range: 50,000-60,000
Organization's Mission: To provide empirically driven treatment to adults with severe and chronic substance use disorders and to provide prevention services that are designed to ameliorate risk factors and enhance resiliency factors in adults, youth and children. We use an integrated approach to treatment and prevention services that addresses all of the biopsychosocial aspects of addiction in order to strengthen the quality of personal, family and community life

Primary Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Executive Director and Controller ,the Accountant will perform accounting functions including:

Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Posting to General Ledger
Reconciling Credit Card and Bank Statements
Payroll processing bi-monthly
New Hire set up, salary/data changes, benefit deductions, employer contributions and maintain PTO balances
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
3 yrs experience processing payroll, A/P and A/R
2 yrs years of experience using Quickbooks
Strong Communication, Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Intermediate level use of Excel. Google Workspace a plus!
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience with a non-profit organization is not required but would be a huge plus!
