Position Summary: This position manages the financial aspects of Utah PTA including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoices, reconciliations, and other financial transactions utilizing Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
Primary Responsibilities: Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices
Reconcile bank statements
Assist with filing of yearly and quarterly reports for nonprofits
Maintain and update all business licenses, corporate filings and subscriptions
Oversee charitable donation sites
Create and enter credit card transactions and internal journal entries
Prepare, process and coordinate annual audit and IRS 990 form with assistance from a CPA firm
Assist the treasurer with money matters

Schedule
Part time 24 hours a week
6 hours/day, 4 days a week preferred
Work days and times are flexible with approval
Desired Qualifications: Associates Degree or higher (preferred) or equivalent work experience
QuickBooks: 1+ year (required)
Bookkeeping: 2+ years (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word as well as ability to work in Google Sheets
Organizational, planning, accuracy and time management skills
Customer service skills
