Position Summary: The advancement director is in charge of fund-raising and marketing for the school. It is approximately 25-30 hours per week, but that amount increases during and around the time of our annual auction.
Primary Responsibilities: Fundraising:
-Coordinate Auction
-Oversee Snap! Raise
Opportunity Drawing
-Write at Least one Grant Per Semester
-Manage any Paperwork Dealing with Fundraising (i.e. Utah State Employees’ Charitable Fund)

Marketing/Awareness:
-Create the Annual Report
-Coordinate Webpage Updates
-Update Two Bulletin
Boards in Front and Back
Foyers Monthly
-Grow the
Alumni/Grandparent
Database
-Gather Alumni Updates
-Coordinate Advertising
-Send RenWeb Text Alerts for Events, Free Dress Days, etc.
-Write Blurbs for Blast Emails as Necessary
-Coordinate Monthly/Bi-Monthly Tours
-Curate Photos (Google Folder)
-Manage the “No Photo List”
-Manage Photo Screen in Foyer
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
