Position Summary: This position oversees the marketing needs of Junior Achievement of Utah including website and social media channel management.
Primary Responsibilities: · Oversee and implement content creation, content curation, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.

· Create original text, images, and video content, scheduling posts, responding to followers, and engaging with stakeholder posts.

· In conjunction with Chief Development Officer and Creative Director, deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to better engage volunteers, donors, and alumni.

· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

· Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

· Manage Junior Achievement’s brand and social media content, strategize on campaigns, optimize outreach, and utilize social media marketing tools for monitoring and reporting purposes.

· Analyze constituent behavior and adjust email and social media campaigns accordingly.

· Monitor all social media content and keep up with technologies used in social media using social media marketing tools.

· Establishing relationships/networks of donors, partners, and JA advocates on social media

· Develop engaging digital content for regular email campaigns, ad campaigns, and the blog.

· Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Skilled at creative writing

· Ensures information is complete and accurate, follows up with others to ensure agreements and commitments have been fulfilled


· Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism or comparable experience

· Minimum of 2 years of measurable performance and experience in marketing and social media management

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to think creatively and innovatively

· Basic understanding of SEO best practices

· Full understanding of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram platforms and ad managers

· Experience using online metrics (Google Analytics) to measure, analyze, and interpret data

· Experience with Social Studio or similar social publishing tool a plus

· Experience with Word Press and Adobe Suite a plus

· Understanding of Google AdWords and Paid Search in social platforms a plus
