Position Summary: This is a unique operations position in House of Hope’s residential programs for women and children. The residential facility manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that our four SLC residences are running smoothly and safely with the support of house managers and the residential leadership team.
Primary Responsibilities: Duties: This position combines skills development coaching for women in recovery, facility checks and safety management, project management, room searches and supply inventory/coordination. Duties include organizing functioning of women to clean, decorate and care for all rooms in all facilities in a safe and comfortable manner. Also responsible for handling donations and storage, home improvements, checking residents in/out of facilities, reporting maintenance issues, and monitoring general functioning. Responsible for assistance with annual licensure of facilities. Great opportunity for those seeking to gain experience in social services or management fields.

Agency Requirements:

-This is a non-smoking work site.

-Must be at least 21 years old.

-Must be able to pass extensive background check and drug test.

-If in recovery, must have at least two years of sobriety.

-Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Desired Qualifications: -Excellent organization and communication skills

-Bachelor’s Degree in field of communications, psychology, business, social work, etc. preferred but not required

-Previous experience with non-profit or residential programs given first consideration.

-Willing to work flexible hours if needed

-Able to lift 40-50 lbs.

-Proficient computer skills
