Position Summary: CRIC's Director of Programs and Partnerships is part of CRIC's management team, and reports to the Executive Director. The position oversees several of CRIC's programs and staff, including educational/classroom programs and the community garden, and works closely with the Executive Director and other staff on programs such as case management and resettlement.
Primary Responsibilities: Key roles for this position include partnership program support and development; program management and oversight, including potentially supervising up to three employees; Program evaluation; oversight of volunteer and intern management for various programs; client recruitment; and review of new program ideas. Desired Qualifications: Required:
- Highly organized
- Detail oriented
- Supervisory management experience
- Experience working with, and sensitivity to, the needs of diverse cultural communities
- High English language proficiency
- Skilled in written and verbal communication at multiple levels
- Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Capable of working independently, with proven experience in achieving goals
- COVID-19 Vaccination (proof required upon hire)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Desired:
- Degree in a relevant field
- Several years of team management experience
- Fluency in an additional language spoken by our client base. This includes Arabic, Somali, Tigrinya, and Spanish, among others.
- Experience working with refugee or immigrant social service programs
