Position Summary: The Campus Visit Specialist is a member of the college’s Enrollment Management division.
Enrollment Management is a collaborative team committed to providing and supporting services that attract, enroll, retain and graduate students. The Enrollment Management division seeks to offer a student-centered and innovative enrollment experience that supports the college’s strategic priorities.
As part of these efforts, the Campus Visit Specialist coordinates a highly responsive and service-oriented visit program for prospective students and guests. This role also supports the coordination of recruitment events and other enrollment initiatives.
The Campus Visit Specialist promotes student success by creating an inclusive, welcoming and informative environment to prospective students.
Primary Responsibilities: CAMPUS VISIT EXPERIENCE:
Responsible for visitor’s first and last impressions of their campus experience.
Serves as department liaison for campus partners, prospective students and guests.

Coordinates visit program options including but not limited to: classroom visits, daily campus tours, and secondary supervision of campus ambassadors and tour guides.

Respond to visitor feedback and troubleshoot concerns or criticism related to student and guest experiences.

Provides support for enrollment events including registration management, scheduling, and day-of support.
Compiles and reviews visit program data in support of data-informed decision-making.

Collaborates with admissions staff, including student employees, and campus partners to ensure visitors are connected and scheduled appropriately.

OFFICE & SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT:
Manages and coordinates daily operations of the Office of Admissions including but not limited to: managing the office calendar, scheduling meeting rooms for visits and events, assisting with scheduling student and counselor appointments, and staffing the primary office phone and email.

Manages reservations for the Converse Hall conference room.

Manages the visit module in Slate (CRM) and continuously improves and refines visit scheduling and visit communication process.

Coordinates travel reimbursement eligibility for prospective student visitors.

Desired Qualifications: - Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent administrative skills, including an ability to collaborate with the campus community and programs.
- Strong organizational skills
-Ability to work independently, to multi-task, and to problem-solve with attention to detail.
- Experience with diverse populations and a global orientation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
