Position Summary: We are looking for a full-time professional to provide essential leadership, operations management, and fiscal development to best support USEE’s mission and vision. The ideal candidate will be passionate about environmental education and creating a culture of environmental literacy, knowledge, and action to create sustainability for all.
Primary Responsibilities: -Secure the financial resources necessary to fulfill USEE's obligations and commitments.

-Build and nurture a strong, professional, and enthusiastic staff.

-Manage all operations including program and project development and implementation.

-Work with the board to assure quality governance and strategic planning.
Desired Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit management, community engagement, and fundraising.

Utah is known for its mountains, high plateaus, and deserts, and USEE's dedication to equitable access to nature is a top priority. Many world-renowned outdoor attractions are just minutes from the state capital located in Salt Lake City.
