Job Summary: Impact Mental Health is
a psychiatric clinic that provides care for uninsured and low income individuals at no charge. IMH is also a training site for future mental health professionals.
The Executive Director provides critical leadership to a team of dedicated clinicians, staff and volunteers. This person is responsible for overseeing daily operations, community partnerships, accounting records, fundraising and grant writing. Additionally, in collaboration with the Clinical Director, this person helps develop, implement and evaluate clinical programs.
Primary Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive project management, including planning, development, coordination, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of programs/initiatives.
2. Design and maintain internal/external documents, including policies & procedures and promotional materials.
3. Maintain, research and write grants/grant reports.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with community and educational partners.
5. Manage and maintain CRM and donors, as well as fund development.
6. Maintain and present financial, development, and operational reports for the Board of Directors and Director/Founder.
7. Manage accounting records (QuickBooks entries and reports), approve vendor payments, and coordinate the annual audit/990 preparation.
8. Responsible for the performance management, general supervision and training of employees and volunteers.
9. Collaborate with Clinical Director to onboard and train clinical students, schedule providers and maintain clinical policies and procedures.
10. Maintain business licenses, solicitation permit(s), Workers Compensation, State Unemployment Insurance, and property exemption(s)
11. Maintain and manage website, email and social media accounts
Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 2-3 years in a leadership role with supervisory responsibilities
• History of successful fundraising and/or grant writing
• Experience in a clinical education environment
• Experience working in the mental health field and/or with underserved populations
• Experience in non-profit management

Salary Maximum: $75,000
