Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the overall administrative staff and operations of the clinic including budget oversight, fund development & strategic planning. Coordinates closely with the Medical Director in maintaining the mission of the clinic.
Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities
Administrative
1. Oversight of administrative staff, including Volunteer coordinator, front desk staff, accountant, contract grant writer, PAP and coordination of IT needs.
2. Ensures the clinic’s policy and procedures are followed properly.
3. Work with community partners searching out opportunities available for free medical healthcare.
4. Maintains all licenses and permits.
5. Reports to the Board of Directors and presents any issues needing the Board’s input and approval.
Fiscal
1. Prepares annual budget for Board approval.
2. Provides monthly financials to the executive committee.
3. Overseas the annual audited financial statement and the 990 completion.
4. Tracking all volunteer hours and in-kind donations.

Fund Development
1. Work with the contracted grant writer to maintain grants and cultivate new donors.
2. Maintain the donor data base and process monetary and in-kind donations.
3. Ongoing stewardship of donors.
4. Oversee the annual Gala event.
5. Pursue public relations that will help promote the clinic’s mission.

Human Resources/Staff and Volunteer Management
1. Provide, review and acknowledge receipt of the Employee Manual with all employees.
2. Annual review of Employee Manual and the calendar of operations.
3. Conduct annual evaluation of all Admin employees.
4. Maintain current job descriptions, confidentiality agreements, and background checks for staff and volunteers.
5. Ensures the clinic staff and professionals are compliant at all times with generally acceptable medical practices and the requirements of Utah laws and regulations.

Building Maintenance
1. Oversees building and property maintenance including security, housekeeping, repairs, and grounds-keeping.
Desired Qualifications: 1. Knowledge and background in the non-profit sector
2. Health administrative background
3. Basic understanding of QuickBooks, Network for Good, Microsoft environment including Excel.
4. Minimum Bachelor's Degree Required.
