The Credential in Volunteer Management, one of nine courses in UNA’s Credential program, brings updated best practices to your organization and supports your integration of these practices into your nonprofit with expert-led classroom sessions, consultations, and coaching.

Developing and implementing a best-practice strategy for volunteer integration delivers organizations a return as high as a multiple of six. Engaged, talented, and committed volunteers are a critical resource for successful nonprofits. Their willing hands and passion for mission uplifts and impacts your staff and the community at large. The Credential in Volunteer management helps you nurture and protect these valuable people by incoprating proven systems and practices. 


Program Description and Learning Objectives
Course Dates for Volunteer Management in Salt Lake City:

Classroom Training Part 1: Wednesday, August 12, 2020   9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Classroom Training Part 2: Thursday, August 13, 2020   9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Consultation:  Wednesday, September 30, 2020 or Thursday, October 1, 2020. You'll sign up for a one-hour consultation with our subject matter experts between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.  
(Lunch will be provided for both classroom training sessions but not for the consultations.)
