• Executive Leadership: role clarity for the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer; Leadership Transition Planning; Organizational restructuring of staff; Building a budget that reflects the work.
• Mid-Level Management: Goal setting and tracking; Working through Performance Reviews; Effective communication strategies with organizational leadership (board, CEO/ED, Direct Supervisor)
• Board of Directors: Evaluating the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer.

Pricing and Scheduling

• Free 30 minute consultation, with an idea of what to work on (via Zoom)
• Member Fee $100/hour; Not Yet Member Fee $200/hour
• If overnight is needed, $200 per diem per night will be included in final contract.
• Saturday scheduling requires a minimum of 3 hours, not including travel.
• Any preparation needed will be billed at the hourly rate and determined in the final contract.
• All work will be conducted via Zoom (at present)
• A minimum one month notice is required to schedule, the 30 minute consultation may be able to be scheduled within two weeks of initial request.
