August Mission

The staff of August Mission represent trailblazers from a variety of backgrounds. We have subject matter experts from the business community, Non-governmental organizations (NGO’s), the Military, and first responders. This inclusive group of professionals represents women, minorities, and naturalized citizens; all dedicated to making the world a better place by helping others.

Brigham City Fine Arts Council

The Fine Arts Center is a 501 C(3) non profit organization dedicated to "Empowering lives through the Arts" by promoting and providing affordable fine arts opportunities for youth and families in the community. Our goals have been to teach arts skills, inspire creativity, support local artists, and give youth and families a place they can enjoy feeling feel a part of. We strongly believe art can help build respect for self and community and make our community a better place to live.

Davis Arts Council

The mission of the Davis Arts Council (DAC) is to enrich and strengthen our community through the power of the arts.

Fang Family Foundation

Fang Family Foundation is a private foundation in Bountiful, UT, which was founded in 2000.

Friends of Cedar Mesa

Friends of Cedar Mesa is a conservation-focused 501 (c3) non-profit organization based in Bluff, Utah. Mark Meloy, a former BLM employee, founded FCM in 2010. To further this mission, we work to create local, regional and national support for greater protection of Cedar Mesa through education, advocating for national designations, supporting smart local policy-making, and organizing research and volunteer service activities.

FRIENDS Of Great Salt Lake

FRIENDS of Great Salt Lake was founded in 1994. The mission of FRIENDS is to preserve and protect the Great Salt Lake ecosystem and to increase public awareness and appreciation of the Lake through education, research, advocacy and the arts. The long-term vision of FRIENDS is to achieve comprehensive watershed-based restoration and protection for the Great Salt Lake ecosystem.

Homeless Veterans Fellowship

Homeless Veterans Fellowship is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers a comprehensive set of services designed to address homelessness among veterans. Located in Ogden, Utah, our services have provided for veterans all over Utah and the intermountain area since HVF was founded in 1989.

League of Women Voters of Utah


Lighthouse Adult Care Services

A non-profit organization that offers quality support services for caregivers and their loved ones.  Providing an affordable, safe and loving environment for adults ages 50 and older who need supervised care during the day.

Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains

Inspired by the compassionate love of Christ, Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains walks with the vulnerable, through services that heal, strengthen, and provide hope.

Make-A-Wish Utah

A wish experience can be a game-changer for a child with a critical illness. This one belief guides us in everything we do at Make-A-Wish. It inspires us to grant life-changing wishes for children going through so much. It compels us to be creative in exceeding the expectations of every wish kid. It drives us to make our donated resources go as far as possible. Most of all, it's the founding principle of our vision to grant the wish of every eligible child.

Maliheh Free Clinic

The mission of the Maliheh Free Clinic is to provide free, same-day access to high quality urgent medical care for all qualified patients. The Maliheh Free Clinic was founded with the sole purpose to rescue those members of our community who are in the most critical need of our help.

Moab Music Festival

The award-winning Moab Music Festival Festival® makes music in concert with the landscape® and is noted for its distinctive programming, superb performances, and intimate concert experiences of chamber music old and new, jazz,and Latin music. MMF presents approximately 20 concerts during its 2 week festival. 

North Union Irrigation Company

Everyone is already aware of the current drought situation that is affecting the citizens of Utah and the Western United States. The Provo Bench Canal and Irrigation Company (PBCIC) is also affected.

People Helping People

People Helping People serves 1,000 women a year who participate in coaching, mentoring, and employment know-how workshops.

We inspire students to lead ethical and productive lives through a college-preparatory program that promotes the pursuit of academic and personal excellence.

Salt Lake Choral Artists

Comprising more than 300 singers in five different ensembles, SLCA is one of America’s premiere community choirs.  The choir focuses on classical, contemporary, and culturally diverse music and enjoys collaborating with other performing groups in the community.  SLCA has been critically acclaimed for its innovative concerts and Summer Choral Institute program, and was named Best of State for best choral ensemble 2012-15.  Its mission is to promote the performance of choral music by educating and inspiring choral singers, conductors, composers, vocal soloists, and accompanists at all levels through performance of a wide range of musical genres. 

Save A Brain

We are a Utah based Non-Profit whose mission is to provide education, encourage prevention and spread awareness of the long term mental & physical effects of Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and concussions.

Seven Canyons Trust

We are a nonprofit working to uncover and restore the buried and impaired creeks in the Salt Lake Valley.

Utah Avalanche Center

The Utah Avalanche Center (UAC) exists to keep people on top of The Greatest Snow On Earth® by providing avalanche forecasting, education, and awareness throughout the state of Utah.

Utah Cold Case Coalition

The Cold Case Coalition is an all-volunteer non-profit (501(c)(3) organization that assists families and the public with unsolved murders, missing persons, and unidentified human remains. We're not like any other cold case organization.  We do review original case investigations, but we don't stop there.  We interview witnesses and suspects.  We provide DNA testing - in fact, we're opening our own non-profit DNA lab in 2019.  We look for bodies with cadaver dogs, ground penetrating radar, and ground searches.  We bring publicity to forgotten cases.  We offer rewards.  We go undercover.  We try.

Utah Hemophilia Foundation

The Utah Hemophilia Foundation provides a broad range of services to individuals and families dealing with bleeding disorders. Because bleeding disorders are rare, individuals often feel alone. The UHF creates networking opportunities to bring people with bleeding disorders together for support and learning.

Utah Infertility Resource Center

Utah Infertility Resource Center provides education and emotional support to those who are struggling to grow their families so they are empowered, strengthened, and equipped to move forward on their respective journeys.

Utah’s Hogle Zoo

Utah’s Hogle Zoo dates from 1931 and is located at the mouth of Emigration Canyon.  Its natural terrain covers 42 acres of tree-lined pathways where visitors can view over 800 animals.

Utah Rivers Council

The Utah Rivers Council is a grassroots organization dedicated to the conservation and stewardship of Utah’s rivers and sustainable clean water sources for Utah’s people and wildlife. Founded in 1994, we work to protect Utah’s rivers and clean water sources for today’s citizens, future generations and healthy, sustainable natural ecosystems.  We implement our mission through grassroots organizing, direct advocacy, research, education, community leadership and litigation.

West View Media

West View Media is a non-profit news organization that informs, educates and inspires readers through publications that focus on the diverse communities in west Salt Lake City. We offer an authentic look into an area of Salt Lake City that has traditionally been undervalued and misrepresented by mainstream media and local government entities. We strive to do this not only with professional staff, but also by empowering people who live and work in west Salt Lake City to tell their own stories, in their own voice.

Youth Sports Alliance

The Youth Sports Alliance (YSA) introduces kids to sports and inspires them to keep moving throughout their lives. Founded in 2002 to foster the development of winter sport teams in Park City following the 2002 Olympic Games. A few years later, YSA added after-school programming which keeps kids active and off their screens, while also serving as a pipeline to winter sport clubs and competition. In 2014, YSA established the Stein Eriksen YSA Opportunity Endowment, a $2 million need-based scholarship fund for competitive athletes.
