Box Elder Community Pantry

We are a customer choice pantry that lets you choose your own food that your family will eat instead of just handing you a box of goods that your family may not eat and would go to waste. This provides the experience of shopping at a grocery store, eliminates waste, and helps our customers make healthier choices when they see the tags on the shelves stating what the healthiest choice is.

Great Basin K9 Search and Rescue

Great Basin K9 Search & Rescue (GBK9SAR) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with operational members in Summit, Utah, Weber, Morgan, and Salt Lake Counties. Our mission is to train K9 SAR teams and certify them to the highest standards in order to provide K9 SAR services—at no cost—to public safety organizations throughout the Intermountain West.

My Healing Home

My Healing Home is dedicated to helping families of children who have experienced trauma and adversity through TBRI training, support and coaching. We believe that providing safe spaces for healing and understanding is vital in order to heal from trauma and build trusting relationships.

Nomad Alliance

A 501(c)3 registered nonprofit, the Nomad Alliance is a group of concerned citizens working together and with public and private partnership to end homelessness and proffer hope, by providing warmth, nourishment, shelter, employment and healing to the nomad/unsheltered population.

The Refugee Justice League is a non-profit, non-partisan organization founded to promote and defend the Constitutional rights of all refugees in the United States of America.

Scenic Utah

SCENIC UTAH is a state-wide grassroots organization working to protect and enhance the scenic qualities of our communities, countryside, and roadways. We partner with geographically diverse groups who share the common goal of safeguarding the remarkable visual character of the Beehive State, and promote policies that encourage community engagement, protect and enhance scenic beauty, and limit visual pollution. We are an affiliate of the national organization Scenic America.

Almitas Foundation/Wonderbloom

Wonderbloom is based in an outdoor classroom. We take a holistic approach to learning by focusing on Mind (developmentally-appropriate school readiness), Body (yoga and organic nutrition), and Soul (relationships with each other and nature). Our ratios are small with no more than 8 students per adult.

ALS Association Rocky Mountain Chapter

The Rocky Mountain Chapter was founded in 1996 to serve the needs of those living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and their caregivers. The ALS Association is the only national not-for-profit health organization dedicated solely to the fight against ALS. The ALS Association covers all the bases — research, patient and community services, public education, and advocacy — in providing help and hope to those facing the disease.

BootUp PD

BootUp is dedicated to empowering elementary teachers and students through computer science and creating equitable computer science programs in underrepresented and underserved communities. Since 2015, BootUp has worked with almost 477 elementary schools impacting over 150,000 students, providing in-person professional development, coaching, and resources that prepare teachers to facilitate coding, computational thinking, and computer science instruction. Students are inspired through creative and interactive lessons that allow them to explore their personal interests with code.

Bradley Center for Grieving Children and Families

If you have lost a member of your family, we hope you’ll become part of our interfaith peer group grief support program. The Bradley Center for Grieving Children and Families provides support for children, teens, young adults and their families following a death through peer support groups, training and education.

Casino Star Theatre

The Casino Star Theatre Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) organization that serves the residents of Gunnison Valley and the surrounding areas with a variety of wholesome live and film entertainment in a fully restored historic theatre. The Foundation also contributes to the economic health, public arts programs, and Main Street beautification of the community.

Cottonwood Canyons Foundation

The Cottonwood Canyons Foundation believes it is imperative to educate the public about the canyons’ unique importance and how the public can help promote the canyons’ ecological health. The Cottonwood Canyons Foundation also aims to provide the community with direct and hands-on ways that individuals can give back to this environment through volunteering and stewardship. It is our belief that if we all better understand the importance of this area, and if we all take part in helping to steward it, the Cottonwood Canyons will continue to be a healthy environment and watershed, and a spectacular place to recreate for generations to come.

To enforce and strengthen laws that protect the opportunities, choices and legal rights of people with disabilities in Utah.

Friends for Sight

Friends for Sight works passionately each day to save sight and change lives. We do this by providing free vision screenings, working to ensure that people of all ages and backgrounds have access to quality eye care, and disseminating information about eye safety, threats to vision, and available community resources.

Friendship Manor

Friendship Manor, Salt Lake's premiere retirement community, is a self-contained apartment building with 178 units spread across 14 floors.  We are admirably situated on the corner of 500 South and 1300 East, overlooking the entire Salt Lake valley and its encircling mountains. Friendship Manor was established over 50 years ago with the goal of providing affordable, diverse and safe housing for those 62 years of age and older or disabled.

Park City School District Child Care Center

P.C. Tots

PC Tots is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high quality, affordable, and safe early child care and education for the children of working families in the Park City community. Our Extended Day Learning Program focuses on early childhood education, social development, and cultural awareness for children aged 6 weeks through 5 years old.

Prince of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church and School

Prince of Peace is a confessional Lutheran Church and part of WELS, the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, a national church body of over 1200 congregations in the United States and around the world.

Rural Utah Project

The Rural Utah Project seeks to empower underrepresented voters in rural Utah through training, education, voter registration, and issue advocacy. Special Olympics Utah

The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

Spy Hop Productions

We are a digital media arts center offering in-school, after-school, summer camps, youth-in-care, and satellite programming for students ages 9-19 of all skill levels and aspirations in film, music, audio and design. Urban Food Connections of Utah is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the community about local food, regional food producers and Utah’s proud agricultural heritage.

Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake

UICSL is located 2 miles from downtown Salt Lake City; because of our unique physical placement we are able to serve the Utah tribal populations of: Ute, Paiute, Goshute, Dine’/Navajo, Shoshoni, and Arapaho, Oglala Sioux, Cheyenne River Sioux, Wind River Shoshone, Cherokee, and Rosebud Sioux from neighboring states.  There are 60,000 people residing in Utah who self-identify as American Indians/Alaskan Natives (AI/AN), of that 46% (14,500) living in SLC consider themselves AI/AN.

UServeUtah/Utah Commission on Service & Volunteerism

UServeUtah, the Utah Commission on Service and Volunteerism, was created by state statute in 1994 and is comprised of 20 members representing local government, community-based organizations, and statewide networks as well as 10 staff. Since its inception, UServeUtah has worked to inspire, equip, and mobilize individuals and organizations to take action to transform their communities.
