Friends of the Moab Folk Festival

Our mission is to promote community building through music appreciation, education, and environmental stewardship. Based in the small, rural community of Moab, Utah, Friends strives to bring diverse Folk Music talents and educational opportunities from around the country to the area for the entertainment and enjoyment of the local community and visitors. We encourage environmental stewardship by engaging in and advocating for sustainable and low-impact practices in all of our activities.

United Way of Eastern Utah

For nearly 40 years, United Way of Eastern Utah has been involved in creating lasting change in our community. We partner with people and organizations from all across the community to make the greatest difference. We focus on advancing the common good by promoting a good quality life: building financially stable families, helping children succeed in school, and contributing to healthy communities.

ACLU of Utah

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is the nation's largest non-partisan guardian of freedom with more than 1.5 million members and supporters and affiliate or national chapter offices in all fifty states and Puerto Rico. Founded in 1920, the ACLU works tirelessly to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to all people in this country by both the Constitution and the laws of the United States.

Alliance for a Better Utah

Alliance for a Better Utah is a nonprofit that holds politicians accountable and advocates for progressive policies that make Utah an even better place.

Bike Utah

We envision a Utah where complete networks of bike lanes, paths, and trails contribute to livable, healthy communities, allowing everyone to ride regardless of age, ability, race, or income.

Boys & Girls Club of Great Salt Lake

When school is out, Clubs are in! Since 1967, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake has offered positive alternatives to children who may be surrounded by negative influences, showing them how to live successful and productive lives.

Camp Hobe

Camp Hobé offers psychosocial support for children with cancer and similarly-treated disorders and their families, through summer camps and family outings. Our mission is to create an atmosphere that enhances self-esteem, fosters independence and friendships, and creates a feeling of belonging.

Canyon Country Discovery Center

Canyon Country Discovery Center creates lifelong learning experiences about the Colorado Plateau through adventure, education, and stewardship.

Canyon Creek Women’s Crisis Center

Canyon Creek Services was born in 1994 when a group of dedicated community members and stakeholders came together to build a shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Christian Center of Park City

CCPC is a Christian, humanitarian community resource center that helps improve the lives of people and communities through meeting immediate and basic needs, serving as a leading networker of community resources, offering counseling and care support, and giving hope to those we serve.

Common Ground Outdoor Adventures

Common Ground Outdoor Adventures (CGOA) was founded in 1993 as an AmeriCorps*VISTA project at OPTIONS for Independence in partnership with Utah State University’s Outdoor Program and Bridgerland Audubon Society. In 1997, the organization incorporated as a private non-profit and has grown to serve well over 3,600 people with disabilities annually. CGOA seeks to increase the accessibility of outdoor recreation and discover creative new ways to access wild places.

Community Cooperative Nursery School

Welcome to Community Cooperative Nature School (CCNS). We are a parent cooperative preschool located in Salt Lake City that has provided a unique opportunity for parents to be regularly involved in their child’s preschool experience since our inception in 1962.

FRIENDS of Great Salt Lake

The mission of FRIENDS is to preserve and protect the Great Salt Lake ecosystem and to increase public awareness and appreciation of the Lake through education, research, advocacy and the arts. The long-term vision of FRIENDS is to achieve comprehensive watershed-based restoration and protection for the Great Salt Lake ecosystem.

Friends of the Salt Lake City Library

For five decades, the Friends of the Salt Lake City Public Library have been forwarding initiatives to support the library system of Utah’s capital city. By spearheading fundraising efforts, volunteering, and advocacy, the Friends are a vital sister organization to The City Library. The Friends organization holds 501(c)(3) status with the Internal Revenue Service.

Friends of the Weber/Morgan County Children’s Justice Center

The center was originally established to serve children 17 years of age or younger who are victims of alleged sexual or physical abuse. In recent years, there has been an increased demand for services for other crimes involving children, such as domestic violence, drug endangerment, and internet exploitation.

Get Healthy Utah

The mission of Get Healthy Utah is to create a culture of health through engaging multi-sector stakeholders, building partnerships, providing resources, and connecting efforts that support healthy eating and active living.

Girls on the Run Utah

At Girls on the Run we inspire ALL girls to build confidence and make intentional decisions, while fostering care and compassion for self and others. Trained coaches use physical activity and dynamic discussions to build social, emotional and physical skills in every girl while encouraging healthy habits for life.

Holy Cross Ministries

We respond to the underserved community’s need for health and well being. We share God-given resources, connect people to community services, and assist individuals and families towards independence and full participation in the community. We do this to fulfill the mission of Jesus Christ and in the spirit of the Sisters of the Holy Cross.

Jewish Family Services

Jewish Family Service is a nonprofit social service organization that supports people of all faiths as they navigate through life's challenges - illness, aging, financial uncertainty, mental health concerns, family problems, or personal issues. We strengthen individuals and families of all backgrounds through counseling, advocacy, care management, and community education.

Mountain West Ballet is a community based non-profit ballet company in Sandy, Utah.

Mountainlands Community Housing Trust

Mountainlands Community Housing Trust (MCHT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Founded in 1993, MCHT is based on the belief that a safe affordable home is often a family’s first step toward economic self-sufficiency. MCHT addresses the dual problems of housing affordability and availability on three fronts: acquisition and new construction of affordable housing, direct assistance in securing housing and needed basic services, and education and advocacy to promote housing policy.

National MS Society, Idaho-Nevada-Utah Chapter

We mobilize people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone impacted by MS. The Idaho, Nevada and Utah Chapter works to improve the quality of life for people affected by MS in Utah, Nevada and Idaho and raise funds for critical MS research.

NeighborWorks Mountain Country Home Solutions

Neighborhood Housing Services of Provo, doing business as NeighborWorks Mountain Country Home Solutions, is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that has been providing vital community services to the downtown neighborhoods of Provo, Utah, since 1992.

Ogden-Weber Technical College Foundation

Ogden-Weber Technical College Foundation’s mission is to support students by raising funds to invest in student success programs that promote technical training completion and job placement with a sustainable wage.

Preservation Utah

Established in 1966, Utah Heritage Foundation — now Preservation Utah — was the first statewide historic preservation organization in the western United States. Preservation Utah's mission is to keep the past alive, not only for preservation, but to inspire and provoke a more creative present and sustainable future. RRCI's mission is to empower people with disabilities in southwestern Utah to live independently through education, personalized services, and technology.

Repertory Dance Theatre

RDT is the nation’s oldest and most successful repertory dance company. Unlike conventional modern dance organizations, we present you with a diverse range of modern dance styles and choreographers paired together in dynamic and unexpected performances.

Root For Kids

Root for Kids (previously known as The Learning Center for Families) is a non-profit organization located in Southern Utah that provides services for children and families in need of extra support. We help families create a nurturing environment for optimal growth and development for each child.

Salt Lake Community College Foundation

Salt Lake Community College has a proven track record of educating students and providing training that leads to successful careers. We’re consistently in the top 10 nationwide for associate’s degrees awarded, and 74 percent of our students go on to further their educations at four-year schools.

Shelter the Homeless

Shelter the Homeless is a nonprofit organization with a goal to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring by providing emergency shelter coupled with case management and high-impact transformational interventions tailored to help those experiencing homelessness resolve their immediate crisis and rapidly return to stable housing.

South Pointe Ballet Company

South Pointe Ballet was founded as a non-profit ballet company in 2002 by Angela Curtis (of C&C Ballet Academy). They are located in South Jordan, UT. Ballets performed have included Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Peter and the Wolf, Coppelia, Cinderella, and The Nutcracker.

The Children’s Center

The Children's Center provides comprehensive mental health care to enhance the emotional well-being of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families.

The Haven

We offer residential treatment services, as well as safe and supportive transitional housing in The Haven’s Sober Living Program. We provide services for veterans, individuals with little to no income, justice involved, and who are homeless or have unstable and unsupportive housing.

The Hope for Life Foundation

The Hope for Life Foundation, is a non-profit organization, building a program to enable and empower Veterans to become confident contributing citizens in their communities.

The Nature Conservancy

Since 1984, people like you have helped The Nature Conservancy protect more than 1 million acres of Utah’s snow-capped mountains, red rock canyons winding rivers, and sagebrush sea. We’re building on that legacy and bringing people together to help solve today’s biggest conservation challenges from climate change and habitat loss to protecting clean water. Together we’re stronger!

Tread Lightly!

Tread Lightly! and its partners lead a national initiative to protect and enhance recreation access and opportunities by promoting outdoor ethics to heighten individuals’ sense of good stewardship. Tread Lightly!’s goal is to balance the needs of the people who enjoy outdoor recreation with our need to maintain healthy ecosystems and thriving populations of fish and wildlife.

United Way of Salt Lake

United Way of Salt Lake and committed partners, volunteers, and generous investors are working to change the world, by starting in our local communities that need it most. Through aligned goals and shared data, we are fighting to make sure every kid, and every family, in our community can be successful. This approach is called collective impact.

University Neighborhood Partners

UNP builds university-community partnerships focused on resident-identified issues and opportunities. We do not run programs. Rather, we are a convener, bringing partners to the table to share ideas, identify common goals, and create their own initiatives.

Utah Development Academy

Utah Development Academy (UDA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit sports based youth development organization in the Salt Lake City. We want to make the benefits of youth soccer accessible to any child who is eager and willing to learn, regardless of their background.

Utah Health & Human Rights

Utah Health and Human Rights (UHHR) was founded in 2003 by Cynthia Willard, M.D., in response to a limited understanding among medical service providers about the needs of torture survivors in Utah — specifically, how to recognize, assess, and care for survivors of torture within refugee, immigrant, and asylum-seeker communities.

Utah Independent Living Center

The UILC is non-residential facility that provides services which enhance the independence of people with disabilities. The UILC was the first independent living center in Utah and have been serving this community (Salt Lake, Summit, and Tooele counties) since April 1982.

Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment

Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment is dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of the citizens of Utah by promoting science-based health education and interventions that result in progressive, measurable improvements to the environment and our health.
