Dr. Rob Harter, Vice Chair

Rob is a Nonprofit executive professional with over 25 years of experience in leading and building Nonprofit organizations. Rob is known as an inspirational leader, is highly relational, has a contagious energy and an entrepreneurial spirit. In 2010, Rob became the Executive Director of CCPC, a humanitarian and community-focused non-profit organization with a bold vision to serve as a leading networker of community services to those in need, located in Park City, Utah. He is a sought after speaker and seminar facilitator. He hosts the “Nonprofit Leadership Podcast” and is host of the TV show, “Impact and Influence.” Rob has received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees as well as his Doctorate. Rob is honored to have chaired the MLK Jr. Commission for Human Rights for the State of Utah; is Vice-Chair of the Utah Nonprofit Association’s Board, an advisory Board Member for Mountainlands Community Housing Organization, Ski Chaplain for the Park City Mountain Resort; past President of the Park City Interfaith Council; and served as a coach for local youth basketball and soccer. Rob loves deep powder skiing, hiking 14-thousand foot mountains, devouring great books, and traveling to new places. Most of all, Rob loves spending quality time with his amazing wife and children.
