Chauma Kee-Jansen

Chauma Kee-Jansen is an enrolled member of the Assiniboine-Sioux Tribe of Fort Peck Montana, and Navajo. She was raised in Kamas, Utah, located at the base of the beautiful Uintah Mountain Range. She was able to receive her Associates of Science from Utah Valley University, a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology and a Masters of Public Administration from Brigham Young University. Before becoming the executive director of American Indian Services (AIS), Chauma previously worked as the Human Resource Manager at the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake. Working at AIS allows her to continue her passion of serving Native American communities.
