With data from 129 organizations covering nearly 4,000 positions, this report is your go-to resource for benchmarking salaries, understanding pay and benefits trends by region and organization size, and accessing over 250 data points on employee benefits.

Through stories of resilience, tools for empowerment, and strategies for impactful change, we aim to inspire and equip nonprofit leaders to turn hope into tangible outcomes. Together, we will transform aspiration into motivation, vision into action, and momentum into meaningful social change. 

Submit a Breakout Session proposal that empowers Utah's nonprofit community with promising practices, bold ideas, or fresh perspectives. Submissions are open through Friday, May 2.
