Diego hails from Peru and has been working in nonprofits since 2009, where he was first introduced to Afterschool Programs at different elementary schools in the Park City School District. Through the years, he's been building partnerships and connecting low-income families with resources. With a focus on community organizing, he joined Leadership Park City Class 20 which encouraged him to serve on several local boards and he continues to serve on the board of the Park City Summit County Arts Council and on the Bright Futures Advisory Board. At the Community Foundation, Diego now leads the Social Equity Initiative, working towards a more equitable and inclusive community.
