We are currently seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about helping to serve our organization and patients. The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist ensures that the organization remains in compliance with all contract and grant requirements and works to improve and implement any policy or procedure changes needed to do so. Approximately 25-30% of the Quality Assurance Specialist time will be spent on Clinical tasks as a Therapist, while 70-75% of their time will be spent on Quality Assurance tasks. This role can be complex as the QA Specialist must navigate between varying interests of clients, clinical staff, funders, legal entities, and other stake holders and balance multiple roles and responsibilities. This role requires strong collaborative skills, as QA works with various teams, including treatment teams, government agencies and legal entities. In this position, you will help people build lives of meaning, purpose, and recovery by:

• Reviews all contracts, creates and/or updates contract implementation guides to ensure organizational compliance
• Provide clinician and surrounding staff with training and implementation procedures
• Clinical quality assurance: contribute to clinical quality assurance with reviewing recorded or in-person sessions and providing strengthen based feedback as well as coaching
• Manages and updates internal auditing procedures including an audit report, and internal and external audits.

Rate of pay is $48,000 - $51,000 annually depending on experience.
Master’s level required, and candidates must be clinically licensed in the state of Utah.
