Salary: unpaid
Job Description: The Arts Council is seeking interns to help us with a range of projects. Internships can be tailored to the needs of students. School credit is available if needed. Hours can be set based on availability. Commitment is 5-10 hours per week. Work can be done remotely with occasional in person meetings required. Timeframe is Fall/Winter 2018 (September - December).

Examples of the types of responsibilities include the following:

Event planning, promotion and support
Marketing and communications
Community outreach and engagement
Website updates and management
Research and data analysis of the economic impact of arts and culture
Support implementation phase of community wide cultural planning project

Interns will receive experience in growing a small arts organization, develop an understanding of the role the Arts Council plays in a community, and grow their portfolio of work products to share with prospective employers.

The Park City Summit County Arts Council is a local arts agency with the mission to promote, support, and strengthen arts and culture in Park City and Summit County through marketing, programming, and planning/advocacy activities.
