Job Description: Holy Cross Ministries of Utah is seeking qualified candidates for the position of “Parents as Teachers Program Coordinator” The ideal candidate for this position:

* has a BA or higher degree in one of the following: Early Childhood and/or Primary Education; Family and Consumer Studies; or Social Work

* has current certification for PAT (0-3) or will qualify for and earn certification

* possesses good bicultural and bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English to include reading, writing and speaking and computer skills.

* demonstrates excellent organization and presentation skills

* is able to organize information, goals, assessments to create a curriculum congruent with established education goals

* has work habits that are honest, flexible, thorough, timely and time efficient, responsive and respectful to coworkers. Has proactive and effective conflict management skills. Is open to learning.

* is able to drive and work evenings when necessary to meet parent availability

* commits to mission driven organization values.

* is experienced, comfortable and enjoys presenting and interacting with children, adolescents, and adults.
