Individual Registration: You will need to know the names, contact information, and dietary restrictions of the attendees you are registering if you use Individual Registration.
Team Registration: Save even more with a team registration! Looking to send your whole team but don't know who's coming yet? Utilize the Team Registration option to secure a group of five (5). You must register one primary contact but can update the rest of your attendees at a later date. Individuals registered as a team must be from the same organization.

Pay What You Can Registration Rates
At UNA, we’re committed to making our Annual Conference accessible to everyone. We understand that financial constraints can be a barrier, so we offer a "Pay What You Can" option for organizations that qualify. "Pay What You Rates" are made possible with the support of our generous sponsors.
Pay What You Can Registration is limited, and applications will close on August 27, 2026, or when filled. This form must be submitted for anyone requesting a Pay What You Can Registration Rate for a maximum of two people per organization.
Priority is given to UNA Nonprofit Member organizations in rural areas or those experiencing financial hardship. Pay What You Can registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred within your organization.
How and When to Change or Cancel Your Registration (The Fine Print)
17Refunds/Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration via your registration confirmation or in writing for a refund through Wednesday, September 16, 2026. We are unable to honor refund requests on or after Thursday, September 17, 2026, though you may transfer your registration to someone else at your organization at any time. If you need to transfer or cancel your registration, please email your request to Colleen Swagerty-Maher.

The Courtyard by Marriott Layton is conveniently located near the Davis Conference Center and is offering UNA attendees a special conference rate of $139 per night for September 27 through October 3. Rooms must be booked by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, September 8 to receive the discounted rate. Reserve your room online.
